Before proceeding with the completion of a company registration you will require access to the following information:
1. ID copies of all directors and shareholders.(to be downloaded with application form).
2. In the case of smart id cards both front and back(to be downloaded with application form).
3. The number of Authorised shares to be authorised
4. The number of Shares to be Issued.
5. Id Copy of all directors Spouse.
6. Copy of Marriage certificates as applicable to all directors.
